现在用 sphinx 来写笔记,大概是 2K 个 rst,现在每修改一个 rst, build 起来,非常慢,后面到底打 log 发现是
load_index 和 dump_index 的锅,sphinx 有什么配置可以不去 load_index 和 dump_index 的吗?
