嗯，其实 /dev/random 就是基于背景噪音的，和这个差不多。

其实我一直想问。。教授当时也说这个网站是宇宙背景辐射产生的随机数，但是主页上写的是atmospheric noise啊，难道不是大气噪声的意思？和宇宙背景辐射还是有区别的吧？
