我个人觉得规律的作息习惯很重要,比如我每天都是晚上 10 点半睡觉,早上 7 点起床(貌似睡眠时间较长) 但是从养生角度来说,心肝脾肺肾胃都有固定的休息时间段,保证那些时间段处于睡眠状态对身体好
