网申为什么都有所谓逻辑题？

被某知名公司的网申逻辑题惊呆了，好多题不会，一般是一组图里缺一个，让你选个合适的出来，还有时间限制，这类题是考智商吗。。为什么要有这个？

智商题不是逻辑题, 顾名思义作用就是测智商... 门萨协会都这么干的
