例如选中一串文字，按组合键 Ctrl+Alt+字母或数字，存储复制的内容，按 Alt+字母或数字，粘贴对应的内容（当然只是举个例子，实际操作这么简单可能与其他软件快捷键冲突）。例如我想往 F 里面存一段话叫 AAA ，G 里面存叫 BBB ，然后粘贴时候也使用对应的字母来粘贴。

win 用 autohotkey 很容易写出来，我写过选择 excel 多个格子，按 f1-f12 分开贴。
