场景举例： 我有两个 git 仓库（不包含 composer.json ），我本地新建了了一个项目，需要依赖这两个仓库，我可以在本地建立一个 composer.json，然后通过 composer 将我的两个仓库下载安装到本地么？

已经看过文档，并且做了尝试，没有成功，所以我怀疑这样行不通。 报错提示： No valid composer.json was found in any branch or tag of https://github.com/****.git, could not load a package from it.

不行，composer 安装跟你项目放哪里没有关系，跟有没有 composer.json 有关系。
