windows cmd shell 里如何实现和 unix bash shell 里 反引号的功能？

bash shell 的反引号可以使得shell首先执行反引号里的命令，然后以其输出替换反引号和其中的命令，不知windows cmd shell 或者 powershell 有没有类似的功能？
