为何还有很多网站在用GBK或者gb2312编码？不是说要普及UTF-8么？

    还是一些国内大公司不喜欢用UTF-8？发现淘宝,网易，虎扑都是GB2312，百度贴吧是GBK。

    GBK size is little than UTF-8
    that's important for some heavy traffic sites.
