只有 WebContent 的 Java Web 项目在 Windows 上可以启动，但在 macOS 上无法启动，如何解决

启动 Tomcat 之 后，访问localhost:8080正常。

无论我是把项目直接放在 Tomcat 的webapps下，还是通过配置项目路径（<Context path="/ZhiMa" docBase="/Users/username/development/ZhiMa" debug="0" reloadabled="true"/>），都无法访问项目。

Tomcat 报 404，描述是 The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
