刚遇到了这个问题，网上查了半天没找到原因。现在已经解决了，来分享一下，这是因为 IP 不稳定触发了风控，建议更换设备、网络和信用卡，然后再进行尝试

这种很常见了，类似订阅付费也会失败，联系客服，一般就会解除限制，就能冲了。
