快盘倒闭了，求解决方案

现在在用 Google Drive 的 100GB plan ，但快盘中还保存着大约 11G 的 5 年前左右资料。
想用 vps 把文件转移到 gdrive 里面，但 Github 搜了一圈没找到靠谱的 python SDK
求其他可用的转移方案，，，，

租个在国外的 windows 云 VPS 按时结算的那种下载上传完了马上结账应该花不了几个钱

说真的 11G 真的不大下载下来不困难啊
