访问过于频繁，包括各种 API 或 feed 订阅。不建议使用 RSS 之类的软件。

这个得问站长。感觉是涉及到很多原因。不仅仅是刷新频繁。我刚注册的时候，也就正常的回复，也会这样提示。然而并没有频繁刷新。
