Win8.1 每次休眠唤醒后， bing.com 会弹出来，这是为啥呢？

不是启动后，是休眠唤醒后，bing 就会从默认浏览器弹出来，我看启动项也没 bing 这玩意，这到底它是如何弹出来的呢？为什么弹的是 bing 而不是 google 呢？
