rsync 和 inotify 同步文件夹为什么有延迟呢？

有同步几个目录，但是这个 dfs 目录客户机上日志显示同步时间大多都在 1 个小时左右，偶尔会快点几分钟同步一次，请问可能会是什么原因导致的呢？请有了解的大佬指点一下 rsync 和 inotify 同步文件夹为什么有延迟呢？

不清楚，syncthing 的话，文件修改后十秒内无任何修改才会扫描文件哈希值并同步。
