Sur/ge 的 MitM 证书有效期是 5 年。我使用 Chrome 80.0.3987.122 ，macOS 10.15.3。此时 Chrome 和 Safari 都表示连接不安全。
Firefox 72.0.2 在导入根证书之后表现正常。

2019.7.1 号之后签发的证书有效期不能大于 820 天(大概) 这是 ios 13 和 mac 10.15 的限制
