### dell win10 本触摸板问题

触摸板双指上下左右划动，就像 mac 那样。

现在遇到一个问题，网页可以双指上下左右滑动，但是 idea 和其他部分软件双指左右滑动失效（以前可以的，不知道弄了啥现在不行了）
