最好告知用户浏览器不支持的方法/库？

    新 webapp 支持不了 IE11 以下的 IE 浏览器，有什么办法提醒用户吗？目前用的是 Browser-Update.org 提供的 js 脚本，不知道安全不，望 v 友指点 Orz。
