HTML5 接收直播流是不是只能用 HLS 啊？

用的 nginx-rtmp-module 后端的 live 模式的话没法在 html5 上播放？
用 nginx-rtmp-module hls 的话缓存、延迟问题挺严重的啊，是我哪没配置好么，有时候要播放几分钟的历史视频……

bilibili的这个https://github.com/Bilibili/flv.js只能用于录播吧？
