查了半天没查到，是没法在中国大陆境内「激活」海外 eSIM ，还是没法「使用」？

可以使用，只是不能在大陆范围激活

可以用，只是不能在大陆的范围内，新激活海外的 eSim 卡。

但你在海外激活了，回国内依旧可以用。

之前可以,貌似..已经 OTA 了
